We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or used. All returned items must have all original tags attached, and must be free of defects. You may return or exchange items within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Please call or email us to get a Return Authorization number and we will instruct you on how to return merchandise. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange. Sorry, but there are no exceptions. Because we do not manufacture our products, we are unable to provide any warranty.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
